What health and safety measures are in place at the center?

We implement daily temperature checks for all individuals on-site and conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day to ensure a safe environment for your children.
COVID Protocols?

Admin., teachers, staff, students, and parents have temperatures taken every morning and recorded. Our Brightwheel app. allows parents to certify the health and safety of their families. Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting is completed throughout the day as well as, janitorial services are utilized after hours.
What qualifications do your staff members have?

Our teaching staff is state licensed and includes individuals with extensive experience in education and childcare. Our leadership team has over 25 years of experience and multiple degrees in childcare development and business.
Affiliations?

Kid's U Prep is not affiliated with FWBC. We are in partnership with Child Care Assoc.(CCA)/Child Care Management Systems (CCMS), Educational First Steps (EFS), Texas Food Program (FP), Point of Light Church (POLFC), and National Accrediting Association (NAC).
What age groups do you cater to?

We cater to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, providing a curriculum that offers hands-on, fun learning opportunities for children from 0 months to age 5.

We encourage parental involvement through various activities, including monthly projects that foster a love for learning and strengthen the parent-teacher partnership. Parents are always welcome to participate in our events and activities.

Leaders - Infants

Kid's U Prep. offers infants an ideal environment that stimulates their senses and is fun and safe.Our state licensed teachers provide a warm, loving and caring place for babies to grow & learn. We hold our babies when feeding from bottles, place them on their tummies to help build their upper body strength and prepare them to crawl and walk. We play music, sing, clap, use "regular" words to help them process language and build an extensive vocabulary which will assist students in a stronger educational foundation.

Achievers & Professors - Infants II & Toddlers

Because we know that toddlers love to explore, our state licensed teachers provide a classroom environment that helps toddlers explore skills like pushing, pulling, sorting, crawling and walking. We use additional ways such as songs, center time, circle time, rhyming, and flash cards to assist our toddlers in the learning process.Potty Learning (training) is our specialty! When parents and toddlers are ready for this stage, we are there to help!

Scholars - Preschool

Each day for our prekindergarten students is planned with a variety of hands on activities to encourage listening, socializing, and individualization. Students are taught language, math, science, colors and shapes and much more. Our teacher's goal is to be sure students are ready for kindergarten emotionally, physically, socially, and behaviorally. We develop a strong parent-teacher partnership to assist in this process. Monthly projects, such as science fair projects are assigned to each 3, 4, and 5 year old so that parents can help their child create a genuine love for learning.

Danita has over 25 years of experience in education and childcare. She holds her C.D.A. degree (Childcare Development Associates), an A.A. degree from Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, TX, and a B.S. and Master's degree in business from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK.
